What an interesting experience, trying to capture a self portrait. I used Pocket Wizards and a remote cable release to capture my image. I selected a location that captures what I love, the outdoors.

Nice self portrait. I like the look with the glasses. You did a good job not getting any glare. I think I would like this picture even better without the chin resting on the hand/arm. However, that's just personal taste more than a real criticism. Self portraits are a lot harder than they look - getting the shoulders and head both in the correct/desired position while hopping in and out of the scene is a nightmare.
